We're seeking highly experienced individuals who can support large-scale program testing initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development and growth of our Business Testing Center of Excellence.
Candidates must have prior experience working on testing with business stakeholders (User Acceptance Testing) and be familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and JIRA Test Management Framework (JTMF) to manage test processes.
- Manage testing for Agile and hybrid projects.
- Exhibit exceptional communication, influencing, and partnership skills.
- Oversee test management for highly complex projects or programs with minimal supervision.
- Prepare test artifacts, including test strategy, test plan, and test closure documents.
- Manage and coordinate test planning and execution activities.
- Develop and validate test cases to ensure complete test coverage.
- Ensure adherence to governance standards and protocols as defined within the PDLC.
- Train and mentor business resources participating in business testing.
- Identify and document risks, escalate issues as needed, and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Prepare estimates for resource planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Generate test execution reports, defect status reports, and other relevant metrics.
- Lead and facilitate defect triage and planning meetings.
qualifications:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years managing testing for highly complex projects with minimal management supervision.
- 5+ years managing business testing (User Acceptance Testing) and working directly with business stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in the banking/financial industry.
- 5+ years managing testing in a highly matrixed organization using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience creating or supporting the development of Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Closure documents.
- 3+ years of experience using JIRA and JTMF (Jira Test Management Framework).
- AML (Anti-Money Laundering) experience.
- Experience with testing frameworks and governance standards.
- Strong background in financial services testing environments
