Position Purpose:
- Leads the collaboration with the business and technology stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into functional and non-functional technical requirements that will be used by the design and development teams to build the technical solutions that fulfills the business needs.

Education/Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
- Requires 5 - 7 years of related experience.
- Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
