Position Purpose:
- Assists in optimizing the flow of value through the Agile Release Train by facilitating the major events and processes and assisting the teams in delivering value. Pushes for process improvements and challenges existing behaviors by supporting the Agile teams to become both self-organizing and self-managing. Communicates with stakeholders, escalates impediments, helps manage risk, and drives continuous improvement.

qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
skills: Soft Skills:
- SAFe Scrum Master Certification , Certified Agile (SA) Practitioner or equivalent certifications required
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification preferred
