Preferred: ITIL Foundation or ITIL Certificate
skills:
- Nice to haves: Large enterprise change experience, Healthcare or Service industry experience
- Attention to detail, solid documentation
- ServiceNow experience, able to flow through modules
- Data review and ability to understand what the data is telling us
