Job Description:
- Position Purpose: Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee complex projects utilizing cross functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives.

responsibilities:
- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. 4+ years of project management and implementation or program management experience. Proficient with MS Office applications and project management tools. Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments.
- License/Certification: PMP, PgMP, or CAPM preferred.

Story Behind the Need - Business Group & Key Projects
- Digital Experience and Engagement (DXE) team/CaaS team in need of project management help to manage # of One List projects coming in for 2025.
- Team of 15 supporting new technology, the team is a mix of contractors and FTEs.
- This is a contract only role for now, there is potential to extend but we cannot guarantee it at this time.
- This is a net-new need for this team.
skills: Candidate Requirements
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred Preferred:
- Required: Preferred: PMP Certification
- Must haves: 3+ years of related Project Management experience, Jira And ServiceNow
- Nice to haves: IT Experience, healthcare experience would be nice to have but not a deal breaker.
- Performance indicators: Contractor will have to meet Project milestones and completions
