responsibilities:
- Advanced Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Create and optimize custom objects, workflows, and data models to meet evolving business needs.
- Seamless Integrations: Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflows.
- Automation & Performance: Develop and implement automation solutions using Salesforce Flow and Apex triggers. Identify and implement performance optimizations to enhance system efficiency.
- Quality Assurance & Deployment: Conduct thorough code reviews and unit testing, and manage deployments using Salesforce change sets or industry-standard CI/CD tools.
- Technical Leadership & Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, and provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (Git).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required. Platform Developer II preferred.
- Experience with Sales Cloud is required. Experience with Service Cloud Voice, Einstein GPT for Sales, Sales Scheduler is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
