responsibilities:
- Strategic Automation Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive automation strategy encompassing AI-powered automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), QA Automation, integration platforms, and data engineering.
- AI & Machine Learning Implementation: Lead the integration of AI/ML solutions, including generative AI, to optimize processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation.
- RPA & Integration Excellence: Oversee the deployment of RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and leverage integration tools to streamline data flows across enterprise systems.
- Team Building & Mentorship: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of automation specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization & Innovation: Continuously analyze and optimize business processes, implementing scalable automation solutions to drive efficiency and growth.
- ROI & Performance Measurement: Align automation initiatives with business objectives, delivering measurable improvements in performance, cost savings, and revenue generation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment and drive successful automation projects.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce best practices, governance frameworks, and security protocols for automation initiatives.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure successful project implementation.
qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in business automation, AI, data engineering, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML, RPA, and data engineering solutions.
- Expertise in AI/ML technologies, including NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
- Strong experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and QA automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
- Experience with integration platforms such as Mulesoft.
- Strong understanding of data engineering and analytics.
