We are looking for a VMware Automation Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on expertise in VMware Aria Operations, Aria Automation, and IT Infrastructure Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for automating IT processes, optimizing VMware environments, and supporting data center operations.

responsibilities:
- Implement & manage VMware Aria Operations and Aria Automation solutions.
- Develop & maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Ansible to enhance IT efficiency.
- Manage & optimize VMware environments to ensure peak performance and reliability.
- Perform basic data center operations, including hardware installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with IT teams to drive system automation initiatives and improve workflow efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and execute corrective actions to maintain system integrity.
- Document configurations, automation scripts, and troubleshooting procedures for reference and compliance.
