For this contractor assignment, as a Scrum Master (Agile Delivery Owner/Systems Analyst), you will facilitate the operation of a Scrum Team in Commercial Lines Duck Creek policy system. This includes facilitation of all regular scrum ceremonies, reporting metrics and quarterly planning activities.

- Creates moderately complex artifacts (e.g., documentation, data flow diagrams, context diagrams) that are used in the design, development, and implementation of new systems and system enhancements.
- Evaluates and makes recommendations of basic to moderately complex designs including identification, investigation and validation of business and/or technical problems. Facilitates design review sessions to validate solutions.
- Reviews system capacity, data archiving and retention needs.
- Participates in the definition, development and system design decision improvement processes.
- Reviews new products and vendors, and provides comparison reports and overviews for IT Management.
- Participates in preparation of project pilot, rollout, contingency and rollback plans.
- Performs analysis on the impact various projects could have on targeted systems.
- Conducts analysis and creates metrics by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, monitoring and auditing for a particular system(s).
- Elicits and documents moderately complex business and/or technical requirements through the use of industry accepted techniques.
- Leads requirements reviews to ensure comprehensiveness and adherence to documentation standards and methodologies.
- Manages and tracks the progress of requirements using standard tools and processes.
- Provides direction, coaching and mentoring to other technical resources on writing requirements, feasibility and cost considerations, and complex, undefined technical challenges.
- No regular travel required.
- Able to work assigned schedule subject to flexible schedule policies and practices.
qualifications:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology, or related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Math, Information Systems) and a minimum of four years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications may be accepted.
