responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain robust network, voice, and data infrastructures. Focus on ensuring high availability and performance of critical communication systems.
- Telephony Expertise: Manage and optimize VoIP PBX and Contact Center Telephony systems, ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve network and telephony issues, optimizing system performance for security and stability.
- Security & Compliance: Identify and mitigate emerging security vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with relevant security policies and industry best practices.
- Project Leadership: Take ownership of network and telephony-related projects, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver successful outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement system upgrades and enhancements, driving innovation and efficiency across the infrastructure.
- On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure uninterrupted service and timely resolution of critical issues.
qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN network systems.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing VoIP telephony systems.
- Strong proficiency in network hardware configuration, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex network and telephony issues.

- Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
