Workstream Leadership & Strategy
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead the planning, execution, governance and reporting of the ERP transformation program, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
- Business Alignment: Work with executive leadership, solution architects, and global process owners to define and execute an ERP roadmap and plan that meets business objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to avoid disruptions in supply chain, financial reporting, and customer operations.
- Executive Reporting: Provide regular updates to the steering committee, head of PMO and business unit leaders on progress, risks, and decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between IT, Global Process Ownership, and segment leadership to align on requirements and priorities.
- Transition & Partner Management: Transition work from existing vendor and support the cost-effective transition of work to the PMO team.
- Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, financial reporting requirements, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Budget & Resource Planning: Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and financial tracking to optimize cost control while driving business value.
- Integration & Testing: Oversee system integrations, data migration strategies, and rigorous user acceptance testing processes to ensure a smooth go-live.
- Hypercare & Post-Go-Live Support: Develop and execute post-implementation stabilization plans to minimize operational disruption.
qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience managing large-scale ERP transformations (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
- Knowledge of one or more of the following E2E workstreams: Finance Operations, Corporate Finance, Source to Pay (S2P), Plan to Fulfill (P2F), Lead to Cash (L2C), Shared Data
- Experience managing ERP consolidations, global rollouts, and cloud-based deployments.
- Strong leadership in program governance, executive communication, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies for ERP implementation.
- Proven track record in budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
- Preferred certifications: PMP
