We are looking for a ServiceNow reporting expert to help standardize metric reporting through dashboards across various teams. Our objective is to provide insights and recommendations to the directors overseeing the Network, Data Center, Cloud, and End User Computing tracks. We are seeking an experienced individual who can either adopt an established approach within infrastructure leadership or suggest a new strategy. This person should be able to consult and share their expertise, rather than merely following instructions. Ultimately, we aim to enhance data analysis and promote effective collaborative communication.

responsibilities:
**Enhance Data Analysis and Dashboarding Capabilities:**
- Within the first two months, we will use the baseline data we capture to build the initial set of metrics for measurement. After this period, we will continue to develop new metrics that have not yet been defined. The expectation is that the individual will bring insights from their learnings during the first couple of months.
- We aim to have a common monthly dashboard by the end of Q2 that is automated from ServiceNow and other systems we are integrating, with 75% of the data sourced from ServiceNow.
**Foster Effective Communication and Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including all IS teams, to ensure seamless project execution and consistent practices are being utilized when applicable.
Present data and findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including those at VP level.
- This individual will also help teach others and support the creation of subject matter experts (SMEs) in each area.
qualifications:
**Metric Understanding:** Candidates should have a solid grasp of metric principles, including data analysis, statistical modeling, and dashboard creation.
- **Metric Collection and Analysis:** Gather and analyze metrics from various systems and applications to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Proficiency in ServiceNow is essential, as most of our data will be housed in this tool.
**Dashboard Development:** Experience in creating and managing interactive dashboards is crucial. Familiarity with dashboard tools like Tableau or ServiceNow dashboards is required. Candidates should be adept at visualizing data to inform strategic decisions and will engage with all levels of the organization, collaborating with product owners and managers to present data at the VP level.
**Intuitive Dashboard Development:** Ability to design intuitive and actionable dashboards that offer real-time visibility into system performance, resource utilization, and key performance indicators.
**ServiceNow Experience:** Knowledge of the ITSM module and Performance Analytics in ServiceNow, which will help streamline the development of reports.
**Problem-Solving Skills:** Strong capability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
**Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.
**Teamwork Skills:** Experience in working in an agile environment and contributing to collaborative projects.
**Responsibility:** Understand the objectives and ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
