Description:
Conducts and coordinates market, operational, and related research to support business needs within the various departments and programs of the client group. Interprets, evaluates, and interrelates research data. Documents current-state and future-state business requirements and business processes; presents findings of studies to client committees. Provides consultative, advisory, technical, and support, as appropriate. Ability to apply methodologies, systems, and techniques to achieve objectives. Experience in process-modeling. Must possess high level of MSOffice experience (PowerPoint/MSWord/Excel).
