The System Administrator will help maintain, automate, and improve the existing IT infrastructure. Proficiency in VMware, Windows, and Linux are all required. Bonus if you have experience with Veeam Backup and Replication administration, VDI administration, M365 administration, or any DevOps experience.
This role will eventually be hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 days work from home, but the first six months will be entirely onsite in Quincy.

responsibilities:
- Will spend 90% of time on projects, automation, and maintenance.
- 10% of time will be spent on support.
- Project implementation
- General systems and services administration
- Automation of processes to drive efficiency
- Maintenance and patching
- Server upgrades, software updates
- Disaster Recovery
- Planning, implementation, testing, and maintenance Secondary:
- Escalated user support, as needed
qualifications:
- 5+ years of VMWare administration
- 5+ years of Windows administration
- 3+ years of Linux administration (RHEL preferred)
- PowerShell or a similar scripting language
- Experience maintaining enterprise backups
- Strong organization and documentation skills

- VMWare vSphere administration (VMs, ESXi, vCenter, SANs, virtual networking)
- Windows administration (including servers, AD, Exchange, ADCS, MS SQL)
- Linux administration (RHEL)
