Shift: M-F 8 am-5 pm PST (This is 9 AM-6 pm MST/10 AM-7 PM CST/11 am-8 pm EST)

responsibilities:
- Support between 5-8 senior managers/scheduling 70-100 interview set ups combined weekly
- Create, manage, and maintain meetings/calendar to include: 1:1's, Team Meetings, External Vendor or Firm meetings Annual meetings, Daily Standups, Lunch meetings, Milestone/anniversary meetings, Interviews, and Project meetings
- Respond to meeting requests
- Sending/Responding to meeting polls
- Coordinate Reserving rooms, on-site food and beverages or other in person requests.
- Handle and resolve scheduling conflicts with meeting participants offering proactive recommendations
- Processing external visitor requests
- Coordinate visitor arrivals
- Processing expense and travel related activities
- Maintain exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication with managers and client admin
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner
- Any other additional ad-hoc scheduling, expense or traveling support as needed and when required
qualifications:
- Must have reliable internet connection
- Quiet room to work from
- Organizational, Communication, Prioritization, Multitasking, Time-management, Attention-to-detail, Problem-solving, Business Etiquette, Adaptability, Reliability, Confidentiality, Technology-literacy.
- Strong white glove C-suite customer service skills and ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.

- Experience in a corporate environment supporting senior level managers

skills:
- Experience with Outlook 365 and calendar management
- Experience with Concur or similar expense management software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of travel booking and itinerary management
