We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner (Data and Business Intelligence) to join our team. The Data Product Owner will be responsible for the creation, implementation, and ongoing management/maintenance of data products. This role requires a deep understanding of data management, product lifecycle, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure the delivery of high-quality data products that meet business needs.

The Enterprise Intelligence team builds and manages Data Products for IT and Enterprise Business Operations. The Product Owner (Data and Business Intelligence) will be responsible for Data Products for Enterprise Business Operations.
- Product Development: Lead the development of data products from conception to implementation, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including Data Product Managers, Data Producers, and Data Consumers, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data products by implementing robust data quality measures and collaborating with Data Owners.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of data products, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Roadmap and Prioritization: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritize features based on business needs, and manage the intake process for new product requests.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all communications related to data products, including updates, issues, and enhancements.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve data products to ensure they meet evolving business needs and industry standards.
- Industry Knowledge: A working knowledge of financial services and related back-office and middle-office functions.
- Risk & Compliance: Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.
- Accountability: Demonstrates reliability by taking necessary actions to continuously meet required deadlines and goals.
- Global Collaboration: Applies a global perspective when working within a team by being aware of their own style and ensuring all relevant parties are involved in key team tasks and decisions.

- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
skills: Skills & Technologies:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Product Owner or a similar role in data management and product development.
- Strong understanding of data management principles, data quality, and data governance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to facilitate educational and working sessions with stakeholders and users.
- Experience with supporting Enterprise Tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools and technologies.
- Experience with SQL and Snowflake.
- Ability to assess the completeness of requirements and readiness of data products.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in data management and product development.
