Description
The Project Manager will manage all aspects of large-scale and/or multi-center research projects.
Large projects are usually multi-year, with a budget in excess of 200k annually and hundreds of participants at multiple sites or involve highly
complex data collection.
The Project Manager oversees the management of all aspects of one or more large scale, complex multi-year, multi-center research projects.
- Responsibilities include assisting the Principal Investigator (PI) in project planning and execution.
- Administratively this position will manage an overall portfolio including IRB approvals, Data Use Agreement execution, Technical Risk review submissions, budgeting, staffing (including contingent worker volunteers), coordination of multiple weekly meetings including both internal and external team members and task timeline management.
- The Project Manager will also help coordinate grant proposals, protocols, presentations, and publications when needed.
- The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who works well independently and with a team.
- This candidate will be flexible with the PI's changing priorities, and willing/able to learn basic AI research considerations (TRO requirements, FDA policies). Strong strategic, critical thinking, and communication skills are required
