responsibilities:
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will:
- Support the Cyber and Platform Engineering Project Manager in staffing initiatives.
- Work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and leadership teams to assess staffing needs.
- Manage staffing requisitions using the Resource Control Board (RCB) tool.
- Review staffing demands, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interviews.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to secure top talent for product teams.
- Represent the CAP team at the Resource Control Board and compile staffing metrics for senior leadership.
- Assist with software development metric collection and reporting to support leadership and project teams.
qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in staffing, recruitment, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience collecting and analyzing staffing metrics.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments independently and collaborate across teams.
- Familiarity with RCB tools and software development processes (preferred).
