job summary:
Create Infrastructure / Buildout around HR, Finance and Procurement Wave Initiatives,

communicate with all initiative owners around actuals tracking (financially), and heavy assistance with KPI / Milestones tracking.

Create reporting around variance analysis on a monthly or potentially weekly basis.

responsibilities:
Responsibilities will evolve as training progresses. Initial training focuses on:

Understanding and tracking "wave initiatives"

Implementing tracking mechanisms for initiatives and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs)

Managing cost tracking, including cost savings and Ariba invoice tracking

Month-end close processes: Reviewing financials, identifying items for correction, research, and reclassifications

Monthly reporting during the 4th week of each month

 
qualifications:
Hyperion experience is strongly needed and preferred.

 
skills: Strong excel and modeling skills / knowledge of financial systems.
