Summary:
This role is responsible for developing and executing the change strategy to support processes, tools, and techniques that manage the people side of change. The goal is to achieve business objectives and outcomes while ensuring alignment across multiple projects within a program. The position also maintains delivery standards in accordance with established Change Management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Change Management initiatives for strategic and regulatory programs within U.S. banking.
- Apply Change Management disciplines such as change strategy, sponsor and advocate development, strategic communications, learning and development, resistance management, adoption metrics, and change sustainability.
- Work across Consumer, Commercial Wealth, Shared Services, and regulatory-focused business areas.
- Identify and manage change/adoption risks, including ownership, contingency, and mitigation planning.
- Support senior leaders in driving change and ensuring stakeholder engagement.
- Utilize strong consulting skills to frame and resolve issues, analyze requirements, and drive decisions.
- Develop and execute strategic communication plans tailored to various audiences, including executive stakeholders.
- Work remotely while collaborating with teams across different locations.
qualifications:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience leading Change Management initiatives within U.S. banking.
- Proven experience in Consumer, Commercial Wealth, Shared Services, and regulatory-focused initiatives.
- 3+ years of project management experience, including work planning, resource estimation, and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and drive results.
- Recent experience in the financial services industry.
- Background in strategy and Change Management consulting.
- Experience integrating Change Management with Agile development and customer journey initiatives.
- Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci) or advanced education in an OCM-related field
