We are seeking an experienced Workday Accounting Consultant to lead the design, implementation, configuration, testing, and support of Workday Accounting Center and Workday Prism Financials. This role will focus on optimizing financial processes across the Record to Report (R2R) module in Workday Financials while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing data structures and financial system architecture.

responsibilities:
- Lead Workday Accounting Center and Prism implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Configure, test, and support Workday Financials (R2R, S2P, Q2C) modules.
- Work closely with clients to define and implement optimized financial processes.
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables related to Workday Financial Systems.
- Ensure data integrity and seamless data flow across financial modules.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
qualifications:
? Workday Certifications Required:
- Workday Accounting Center
- Workday Financials (R2R preferred, S2P or Q2C also accepted)
- Workday Prism
- 1+ year as a Lead with Accounting Center or Prism OR
- 2-3 years as a Support/Analyst in Accounting Center or Prism OR
- 2-3 years as a Lead or Support/Analyst in Workday Financials
- Strong time and project management skills
- Excellent collaboration and client-facing experience
- Analytical mindset with deep understanding of data structures & architecture
