- Enterprise Advice is seeking an engineer for the Data & Analytics engineering team, driving innovation in scalable, personalized financial advice through data infrastructure, machine learning, and engineering excellence.
- The role involves collaborating with a team of Engineers and Data Analysts to deliver high-quality, cost-effective data solutions to support Enterprise Advice Product Line strategic initiatives.

responsibilities:
- Design and implement the best portfolio construction and financial planning engines at scale.
- Deliver deeply personalized advice and experiences.
- Here in Enterprise Advice, we are applying analytics to inform our advice product and methodology strategies; while implementing cutting edge AI/ML technologies to solve the most complex financial planning, portfolio construction, and core services & enablement problems. We are developing cross-divisional data products to enable the growth of advice across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with a team of data engineers and analysts to deliver high quality, robust, configurable, and extensible technical solutions.
- Collaborate across the EA D&A teams to deliver outcomes that enable hyper-personalization at scale, analytics everywhere, and data as differentiator.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, implement solutions and deliver valuable outcomes.
- Partner with Data Analysts to support product line strategy through data transformation and engineering for analytical solutions.
- Identify, own, and drive the implementation of D&A engineering and/or infrastructure initiatives.
- Emphasize processes, procedures, documentation and a mindset focused on engineering excellence amongst the team.
- Contribute to an engineering organization & culture focused on DataOps, FinOps, and MLOps.
- Foster an environment where crew can thrive, including focusing on developing a broad set of technical skills and cultivating an energizing and mission-orientated team culture.

Qualifications
- Strong experience with ETL (Extract / Transform / Load) processes, designing database systems, and developing tools for real-time and offline analytic processing.
- Strong skills in data transformation using Python, PySpark, SQL, and AWS services, including experience with creating data blocks and data products to be used for analytical solutions (including Tableau dashboards), and implementing jobs for automated processing.
- Consultative mindset, creative problem solving for ambiguous problems, and partnering with business stakeholders.

- Proactive support Engineer in resolving critical production issues, ensuring data and pipeline reliability, including supporting Product Technical team with API changes.
- Minimum of five years data analytics, programming, database administration, or data management experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
