Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide updates, status and manage expectations. Manage cross-functional teams, including data analyst, engineers and stakeholders ensuring collaboration and alignment towards project goals.

responsibilities:
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking and reporting
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to stay on track.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
qualifications:
- Project Management Methodologies: Proficient in IT project management methodologies, both Agile and Waterfall.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development processes, data management principles, methodologies and tools, Azure fundamentals, Proficiency in Jira or ADO is preferred
- Business Knowledge: Insurance/Reinsurance knowledge is a plus
