responsibilities:
This role involves a mix of testing, business analysis, and system administration tasks to support the electronic Quality Management System.
- Tasks may include developing and executing test plans, creating test data, and performing functional and regression testing.
- Business analysis responsibilities could involve gathering and documenting system requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and refining workflows.
- System administration duties might include configuring the system to align with compliance requirements, troubleshooting issues, and supporting end users.
qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should have a combination of experience, skills, and certifications relevant to business analysis, software testing, and system administration.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in software testing, business analysis, or system administration.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) or similar enterprise platforms.
- Background in healthcare, compliance, or regulated environments is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in developing and executing test plans and scripts.
- Familiarity with functional and regression testing.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):
- ISTQB Certified Tester (for QA/testing roles).
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or similar.
- ITIL or relevant system administration certifications.
