responsibilities:
A typical day in this role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing equipment exchanges, installing software updates, and providing user training. You'll assist in resolving technical problems, maintain inventory controls, and ensure smooth operation of technology systems. Travel is required to support multiple locations, and you may work various shifts, including weekends as needed.
qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science (Bachelor's preferred)
- A+ Certification required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
