- Our organization is looking for a top-tier, senior-level Oracle Developer to join our team as a team lead. The selected individual will be responsible for mentoring and providing technical direction to a team of mostly offshore developers in the delivery of technology solutions to our HR business partners.
- The Feature Lead ensures the systems design and requirements are aligned to achieve the desired business outcomes, and that team practices and coding/quality principles are aligned to achieve the desired technology outcomes.

responsibilities:
- Participate in status meetings to track progress, resolve issues, articulate & mitigate risks and escalate concerns in a timely manner.
- Exemplifies and evangelizes great solution delivery management by minimizing technical debt, surpasses design, engineering, & organizational practices (unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocols), coding and quality, and exceeds security standards and Bank's change management requirements
- Demonstrates the development and implementation of enterprise data quality standards and data protection standards within the space
- sets the bar for team communications and interactions - is an excellent teammate to peers, influencing them in a postive direction
qualifications:
- Oversees continuous improvement of database scalability & performance
- uses versioning tools such as GIT/Bit bucket
- sets up jobs using autosys for automation
- Advocates and advances modern application development & deployment - Agile solution delivery, Automated Testing, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery
- identifies data anomalies/data patterns in huge data sets
skills:
- 6+ years experience with traditional relational database management systems (Oracle) and SQL skills, including developing stored procedures, functions, and triggers in a Big Data environment
- 6+ years SQL & PL/SQL development experience with Oracle DBMS and VPD Security.
- Advanced-level analytical, debugging, and critical thinking skills.
- 6+ years using TOAD, Unix Shell Scripting, Autosys, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)
