The SRM Program Manager will be brought on to support all business units in the Americas region in deploying and sustaining Supplier Relationship Management programming across the Logistics category. This role will help lead a detailed savings plan segregating SRM delivery from already defined value leadership & already identified value streams. responsibilities:
- Core deliverable of this role- Detailed savings plan segregating SRM delivery from already defined value leadership & already identified value streams. This will include joint development plans with suppliers with forecasted benefits case.
- Support all business units in the Americas region in deploying and sustaining Supplier Relationship Management programming across the Logistics category.
- Develop a workplan, pipeline, and targets collaboratively with stakeholders. Assure their alignment and support of workstream from both individual contributor to senior level leader levels
- Deliver programming, strategies, and value while sharing best practices across the teams.
- Defining what the core requirements of the program are (such as internal policies and procedures)
- Work with stakeholders to segment suppliers based on risk, spend, and business continuity.
- Setup correct level of supplier meetings to review risks and opportunities.
- Define list of value driving projects that are outputs of this collaboration.
- Building internal and external network of stakeholders to collaborate and support SRM agenda
qualifications:
- 5+ years Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management
- 5+ years Extensive Supplier Relationship Management program management required
- Consumer product / food manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Project management
- Program deployment experience
