The Database Administrator I (DBA I) is responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of Oracle databases, middleware, and related systems critical to our client's administrative operations. The DBA I will manage the production, test, and development environments, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of databases and applications.
This is a Contract to Hire role, candidates must be able to convert to FTE without sponsorship at any time.

- Database Administration:
- Assist in the management of Database Administration, including installation, configuration, database creation, maintenance, tuning, backup and recovery, program migrations, and security implementation.
- Support high-availability systems and assist with the documentation and testing of disaster recovery solutions.
qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in database administration and systems administration
- Experience in Database Administration
- Ability to conduct independent research into technical subjects and present findings or recommendations.
