responsibilities:
A typical day includes responding to Salesforce and NetSuite support tickets from internal users, troubleshooting access issues, and helping staff navigate system features. You'll maintain user accounts, assist with report generation, and document solutions in the knowledge base. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with the IT team to address complex issues, participate in system update testing, and provide impromptu training to business users. You'll monitor application performance, track ticket resolution metrics, and communicate with stakeholders about service requests. Your role bridges the gap between technical systems and the business teams who rely on them to process property claims data and testing information.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1.5 years of recent hands-on Salesforce support experience
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus and Jira)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for working with non-technical users
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with NetSuite (quantifiable)
- Previous experience in help desk or application support roles
