Our client, a Fortune 500 Financial Services firm, is seeking a Senior Change Manager to join their team. In the role you will manage the strategy and delivery of change management, communications, and training for their global operational effectiveness program. This role will be hybrid 2 days a week in their NYC office located in the Financial District.

responsibilities:
- You will convey the benefits of change, ensure internal awareness of change, and address concerns or resistance to change (ADKAR model)
- You will coordinate projects and manage various aspects of change initiatives.
- You will develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan that includes clear objectives, timelines, and metrics for success
- You will work to streamline change initiatives are implemented smoothly
qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience with a Bachelors OR 8+ years of work experience with a Masters/PhD
- Experience in financial services sector
- Prior Communication / Training experience: i.e. conveying the benefits of change, creating awareness, and addressing concerns or resistance (ADKAR model)
- Project Management experience using JIRA to manage various aspects of change initiatives.
- Experience developing and implementing a comprehensive change management plan that includes clear objectives, timelines, and metrics for success
- Process Management experience is a plus and will help in streamlining changes and ensuring that they are implemented smoothly
- Strong analytical background with data and feedback, making informed decisions and adjustments during the change process.
