responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision & Roadmap Development: Initiate and lead the development of short- and long-term application strategies, culminating in a comprehensive multi-year technology roadmap.
- Business Alignment & Process Optimization: Oversee the alignment of business processes with supporting systems, continuously evaluating and driving improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Executive Engagement & Requirements Definition: Engage with executive leadership and end-users to understand their needs and translate them into clear system scope and objectives.
- Project Oversight & Delivery Excellence: Provide broad oversight and ensure the successful execution and delivery of project commitments, driving impactful solutions across the organization.
- Team Leadership & Development: Provide broad direction, coaching, and guidance to a team of Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Financial Stewardship: Participate in IT financial management activities, including budgeting, project estimation, capital approvals, budget oversight, and resource planning.
- Strategic Planning & Prioritization: Lead multi-year planning efforts to define strategic direction, prioritize key projects, and evaluate potential return on investment within a designated functional area.
qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and extensive experience in business systems.
- A minimum of 8 years of deep functional expertise in at least two of the following SAP modules: APO/IBP PP, PM, EWM, TM.
- Proven experience working within a high-volume discrete manufacturing environment is essential.
- At least 3 years of experience in a people management role, demonstrating strong leadership and coaching abilities.
