Our West Michigan Client has a contract opportunity for a UX Strategist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a knack for translating complex problems into actionable strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define user needs, improve product usability, and align UX strategies with business goals.

responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to gather insights and identify user needs.
- Develop and articulate UX strategies that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to create user-friendly solutions.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other UX artifacts to guide design processes.
- Analyze user feedback and data to inform ongoing improvements.
- Advocate for best practices in UX design and usability across the organization.
qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX strategy or related roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful UX projects and methodologies.
- Proficiency in UX research techniques and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
