responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive Level 2 technical support to end-users across a range of hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively through phone, remote access, and in-person support.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions within Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications (including Teams and Outlook), Intune, operating systems, software installations, and VPN connectivity.
- Perform password resets and other routine maintenance tasks.
- Contribute to the setup and configuration of end-user devices.
- Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions.
- Proactively identify and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Embrace a "whatever it takes" attitude to ensure users' technology remains operational.
qualifications:
- Proven track record (minimum 5 years) in a technical support role, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues within a Microsoft environment, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, etc.), and Intune.
- Solid understanding of operating systems, software installation processes, and VPN technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required to effectively support a diverse user base.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
