Our enterprise global client has an opening for a Content Communications Senior Manager Consultant to work on global website creation and design.
This position involves creating and implementing external website content, including web pages, features, new requirements, and other content, as well as advising on SEO strategies.
The ideal candidate will be a detail and solutions-oriented content strategist and communications manager with experience working with HTML and/or Sitecore. The candidate will have strategic corporate writing experience with a proven ability to break down technical and complex topics and make them easy to understand for different audiences.
This position involves creating content, managing external website content, including web pages, features, new requirements, SEO, etc. as well as executing internal communications campaigns.

Working collaboratively with the Global Marketing & Communications Function, manage the corporate website content.
- Create and execute content strategies and tactics that will enhance Everest's brand visibility, and market credibility, will resonate with customers, colleagues, the community, and investors, alike.
- Support external communications by leading the creation and editing of website pages and content, uploading and formatting of press releases, thought leadership articles, features, and video content; work with the development team to facilitate uploading of content to appropriate channels, and optimizing copy and landing pages for SEO.
- Create communication plans that effectively inform and prepare employees for changes in technology and processes. Develop communications materials and manage approval, revision, and deployment process with input from stakeholders in IT and Communications.
- Content Creation: With input from stakeholders in IT and the Marketing & Communications team, develop clear and engaging communication materials, including newsletters, emails, presentations, and documentation, to inform stakeholders about IT initiatives, updates, and best practices across a variety of channels including meetings, digital channels, and email.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Marketing & Communications and IT teams as well as other departments to gather information and understand project updates, translating complex technical jargon into user-friendly language.
- Internal Communications: Ensure timely publishing and dissemination of IT-related news and updates working within the Company's Global Communications strategy, Channels and policies.

- 5+ years of experience as communications business partner and website content management
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Creative mindset with an aptitude to think outside the box and deliver innovative content ideas and solutions.
