Overview: We are looking for a skilled and innovative UX Conversational AI Designer to join our dynamic User Experience team. This role requires expertise in information architecture, interaction design, copywriting, and a solid understanding of basic coding (HTML, JSON). The ideal candidate will be comfortable working collaboratively with developers, content writers, product owners, and business stakeholders to design seamless, engaging, and effective conversational experiences.

responsibilities:
- Conversational Flow Design & Copywriting: Design conversation flows and write natural, user-friendly dialogue for various use cases and audiences across multiple platforms (web, mobile, telephony, etc.), ensuring that each interaction is intuitive, engaging, and impactful.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders, to create and iterate on high-quality conversational AI solutions.
- Information Design & Structuring: Use your deep understanding of information architecture to organize, categorize, and structure conversation data effectively. Leverage analytics and insights to influence the design process and optimize conversation flows.
- Data-Driven Design: Analyze conversation touchpoints and key user interactions to make informed, data-driven decisions that enhance the overall experience.
- Research & Prototyping: Assist in research activities, including user testing and prototyping, to validate and refine conversation designs before implementation.
- Continuous Improvement: Work with the UX Product Design Lead Conversational AI to design, improve, and refine AI-driven conversational solutions continuously, ensuring they evolve with the needs of the business and customers.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with copywriters, brand team and subject matter experts across the organization to ensure conversational content is consistent, accurate, and in compliance with Nationwide standards.
- Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay current with the latest trends in conversational AI, voice design, and user experience best practices to ensure we are utilizing cutting-edge technology in our solutions.
