Overview:
VF Corporation, a global leader in branded lifestyle apparel, footwear, and accessories,
is seeking a Digital Product Creation Pipeline Engineer to join our innovative digital
technology team. This role will focus on integrating design tools within our digital
product creation ecosystem, supporting the seamless flow from concept to market. If
you're skilled in translating business needs into technical solutions and passionate
about optimizing creative pipelines, we'd love for you to help us enhance processes for
iconic brands like The North Face, Vans, and Timberland.
Position Responsibilities:
? Design and implement automation solutions for design tools within VF
Corporation's digital product creation pipeline, integrating with our Digital Asset
Management (DAM) system.
? Establish a rendering pipeline to support the digital product creation workflow.
? Partner with a key team members daily to translate business requirements into
actionable technical requirements, ensuring alignment with design and product
goals.
? Collaborate with IT and design teams to connect digital creation workflows with
FlexPLM, building an efficient integration hub that minimizes custom
development.
? Develop and maintain automated processes to streamline design-to-market
pipelines, reducing manual steps and accelerating delivery.
? Troubleshoot and optimize integrations across design tools, DAM, and FlexPLM
platforms for performance and reliability.
? Document technical processes and requirements to support scalability and future
enhancements.
? Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews) to align
deliverables with project timelines and evolving priorities.
? Support workshops in Denver (travel paid by VF) to refine workflows and gather
stakeholder input, contributing to VF's go-to-market acceleration goals.
Position Qualifications:
? Experience: 3-5 years in automation engineering, with hands-on expertise in
design tools for digital product creation (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or similar).
? Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in automating design tools for digital product creation via
scripting (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, ExtendScript) or APIs.
