We are seeking a Network Release Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring that NES Agile Release Train artifacts associated with each Release, Patch, Hotfix, Bugs, etc. accurately reflect work performed on the network.

Job Duties -
The Release Manager will be expected to:
- track deployed changes in the field to the network and accurately maintains the NES ART portion of the Configuration Management (CM) baseline.
- coordinate with developers, product owners, and engineering managers to ensure that the team meets completion and artifact recording timelines.
- coordinate emergency changes to the network that the team makes because of an operational deficiency or anomaly that creates a degradation of service.
- assign the highest priority to those fixes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- responsible for creating, maintaining, and presenting KPIs and other metrics related to the Network Enterprise.
- responsible for managing multiple processes/documents
- act as the primary interaction point of contact from the Network Agile Release Train (ART) to other ARTs on the program.
- Coordinate with key program stakeholders such as Configuration Management (CM), Release Management, and Quality Assurance for the release of Network artifacts and to create the media used to apply updates to production.
- Run Leadership meeting such as the Network Internal Review Panel (NIRP) and the Network Configuration Control Board (NCCB).
- Any other required tasks by the program.
qualifications:
Job Requirements -
- Bachelors with 9+ years' experience
- DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (within 60 days of hire)
- Must be an effective communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio drawing tools.
- Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment with other highly motivated network engineers as well as independently at times on large field projects.
- Experienced in Configuration Management principles and managing multiple processes and schedules from initial task identification through final fielding.
- Experience with IT functions necessary to effectively assign tasks and manage schedules.
- Experience utilizing CM Tools (e.g., GIT, BitBucket, and/or Atlassian (Hive and Jira)) to support enterprise configuration management.
- Experience developing KPIs, tracking metrics and creating reports.
