Seeking a Sitecore Developer to work onsite in Madison, WI. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Sitecore development, including creating layouts, view renderings, branch templates, and bucketing rules. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing, defining, implementing, and managing Content and Asset Lifecycle Management processes, as well as designing integration processes between Sitecore and other systems. Key responsibilities include customizing Sitecore workflows, pipelines, and Speak UI, implementing role-based security and permissions, and working extensively with CMS templates, content types, and approval workflows. A strong understanding of SQL and relational databases is also essential. Familiarity with Sitecore tools and a deep understanding of content management best practices will be key to success in this role.

- Develop, configure, and maintain applications using Sitecore CMS
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical Sitecore solutions
- Design and implement content and asset lifecycle management processes
- Integrate Sitecore with other enterprise systems and third-party applications
- Create and manage Layouts, View Renderings, Branch Templates, and Bucketing Rules
- Customize and optimize Sitecore workflows, pipelines, and Speak UI to meet business needs
