Description of Services & Deliverables
The Program Manager will work to achieve the goals and objectives of the Florida PALM Integration Project.
- Responsible for oversight and management of the Florida PALM Integration Program consisting of multiple systems and state agencies
- Develops the program strategy, supporting business case, and various enterprise- wide high-level project plans
- Ensures integration of systems and projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the stakeholders
- Communicate with IT leadership, business leadership, and vendors to communicate program strategy, direction, and changes
- Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the project portfolio on time, within budget, and meeting the strategic and business requirements
- Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments

- Scope definition, validation, and control
- Schedule planning, definition, sequencing, estimating, development, and controlling

- Responsible for the management of one or more medium to large-sized, moderately to highly complex projects
- Create agency specific user acceptance testing plan
- Coordinate, track and assist with development of user acceptance test scripts
- Create training plan for agency managed end user training
- Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders
- Monitor contractorperformance
- Serve as a single point of contact for reporting project status
- Serve as single point of contact between the customer and the PALM project team
- Provide detailed and summary reporting of project status, including progress and outlook
- Make recommendations for executive action when required
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Coordinate activities with Information Technology Services (ITS), Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS), BSP, IFS.
- Provide assistance to staff in the preparation of documentation to support budget requests, and supporting documentation required by the Governor's Office and Legislature
- Plan and facilitate meetings as required by the customer and the Palm Project team
- Prepare and present information related to data sharing as required
