responsibilities:
- Strategic Market Expansion: Spearhead the sales of our innovative IoT Edge SmartServer and software solutions, targeting key verticals within smart environments.
- Relationship Development: Cultivate and expand strategic partnerships with Application Providers (APs) and System Integrators (SIs), identifying new avenues for business growth.
- Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closure, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Channel Enablement: Onboard, train, and manage a network of System Integrators, ensuring their success and alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records within CRM (Salesforce or equivalent), providing accurate forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives, articulating the value proposition of our comprehensive IoT solutions.
- Product Synergy: Effectively demonstrate how our IoT energy harvesting wireless modules, sensors, and switches, including our lighting control solutions, integrate seamlessly with our SmartServer and AP partnerships.
- Market Intelligence: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences, gaining valuable insights into market trends and competitive landscapes.
qualifications:
- Extensive network within the Building Automation Systems (BAS) or Application Provider (AP) industry.
- 8+ years of proven sales experience with BAS or AP providers (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Cisco, HPE/Aruba, Ruckus, Juniper).
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive environments.
- Expertise in prospecting, qualifying, and closing complex sales opportunities.
- Proven ability to present to and influence C-level decision-makers.
- Strong business acumen, coupled with technical aptitude or vice versa.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in developing and managing sales forecasts and budgets.
