Role Overview
- Global Risk Technology is looking for motivated talent to define and implement agile standards within the space.
- This role will work with our various portfolio leads, scrum masters, and project managers to learn about current processes and requirements, and then develop, document, and implement standards around intake, PI planning, and Jira utilization.

responsibilities:
- Work with project teams to analyze current systems and processes and design a strategy for adopting agile best practices, including an optimal team and role structure.
- Guide and coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in the ART on agile practices, and develop their understanding of agile principles.
- Communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the space.
qualifications:
- Guide teams in how to stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning their approach to ensure that overall strategy is being met
- Oversee the coordination of multiple agile teams within a release train
- Establish, document, and enforce processes
- Coordinate and facilitate ART ceremonies (for example, Backlog Refinement, Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART Sync or PO Sync, Scrum of Scrums), System Demos, and Retrospective.
- Lead agile workshops for developer and functional teams, as well as for key stakeholders
- Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset, and ensure the organization is adhering to industry best practices
skills:
- Facilitate learning and development among employees through individual and team coaching
- Undertake daily follow-ups with individual team members to ensure projects are on track and goals are being met
- Ensure the program has a healthy backlog and review demand versus capacity.
- Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration within the ART to support value delivery and PI commitments.
- Ensure Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements for technology solutions are met for the epics/features delivered by the ART.
- Enable the ART to become high performing through collaboration and relentless focus on continuous improvement.
- Measure ART delivery, maturity, and performance and review the metrics with the ART to identify improvement opportunities.
