We are seeking a skilled Deskside Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance to our staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.

responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective deskside support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Assist with the setup and deployment of new equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions using our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient and effective support.
- Educate and train employees on IT best practices and usage of company systems.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in deskside support or similar IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.
