job summary:
The Project Manager will be assigned to work on Next Generation Formula Optimization Project for the North America IT Development for our team.
The primary role is to coordinate the day-to-day activities of the team responsible for project deliverables including collaboration on the project's performance (scope, time, quality, cost, risk, benefits) with focus on resource planning, scheduling, tracking of metrics / KPIs, status reporting and communication.

responsibilities:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create & maintain project plan including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, reporting processes, and assigning tasks to resources. Keeping the project aligned to goals and proactively escalate issues to stay on time and schedule.
- Apply project management methodologies and best practices to deliver a world-wide deployment schedule for implementation across factory & HQ locations.
- Provide input to manage and control project budget including tracking cost projections vs. actual costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports highlighting the KPIs that are below targets. Also, coordinate root cause analysis when targets are not met and support the implementation of solutions.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure accurate tracking of all issues, risks, concerns with communication of status to management, stakeholders, business partners and other departments in a timely manner
- Facilitate the testing and deployment of software releases delivered by 3rd party vendor.
- Ensure compliance to all Nestle standards, methods, processes, and tools
qualifications:
Skills:
- Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to efficiently manage projects and teams.
- Ability to manage project schedule including the tracking budget and cost and vendor management.
- Ability in facilitating technical discussions and conflict resolution in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to deliver projects that meet stakeholders' expectations.
- Strong ability in using Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
