responsibilities:
- Initial problem troubleshooting and routing of issues to appropriate support level team. Team will collaborate with internal teams (EET Incident Management/Problem/Change management APS teams and Service Delivery teams). The team will be dedicated and have knowledge base and know how to support each tools and integrations in the SDLC Platforms SDM Pipeline. Address all configuration issues for the development team's applications within the tools. In this role you will need a strong aptitude for communicating complex processes in an educational manner.
- Lead the design and implementation of interactive dashboards and visualizations that effectively communicate data insights to diverse audiences.
- Oversee the development of best practices for data visualization, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and user-centric design.

- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation in data visualization techniques.

- 5+ years of experience in data visualization or analytics, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
