job summary:
This lead level Professional position is responsible to lead business system application process improvements and system enhancements. Serves as subject matter expert between vendors, business areas, Legal and IT for system projects and implementations. Serves as project lead for higher medium to large projects with high complexity and risk. Provides infrastructure prospective to projects. Serves as a mentor and coach to others.

Impact on Business- This role will impact the business in regard to the 401K migration from PeopleSoft to Workday.

responsibilities:
Day to day responsibilities:

- This contractor will work with representatives from HR, IT, Finance and Payroll

- They will mitigate potential risks associated with the migration

- They will be confirming, researching, understanding and testing the 401k implementation project.

- Serve as an expert resource and provide direction for system issues and problem solving.

- Provide system design recommendations as it relates to business requirements.

- Work with IT to test

- Understand the changes and how it effects

- Work with Vendor updates in Peoplesoft that can help support the changes

- Query access and troubleshoot for investigative purposes

 
qualifications:
Degrees or certifications required/or in lieu of a degree how many years of overall experience required (Usually taken from the Position Summary found in Beeline):

· Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline with 8-10 years systems experience.

· In lieu of a degree, must have 10 years related work experience in a technical role.

 
skills: Requirements:

Top must-have technical skills (what technology/software do they need)

- PeopleSoft- understanding of Payroll, specifically due to the taxing portion and setting up 401K plans.

- Workday- the understanding of Workday's benefits module, specifically, it's 401K functionality (ex. Eligibility, contributions, matching, reporting etc. We are looking for someone who knows how this works.

· Skilled in Query reporting from Peoplesoft

· Proficient in requirement gathering, change management, and communication across teams

· Ability to work independently but also collaborate (they will with many teams).

· Ability to Multitask and be organized

- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills as documentation updates is an important task for this Business Systems Consultant. As well as documentation of test plans, execution, information accuracy.

- Presentation skills are needed when they present their test plans with other core members

- Ability to conduct research analysis

- General Project Management
