responsibilities:
Your day includes managing incoming orders from medical facilities through multiple channels:
- Process customer orders in SAP while maintaining meticulous data accuracy
- Verify product availability, pricing, and shipping details
- Document all customer interactions in Salesforce
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues
- Generate reports using Microsoft Office applications
- Handle returns and replacement requests
- Update inventory information and track shipments
- Participate in team meetings to stay current on processes
qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or order processing roles
- Demonstrated experience with SAP order entry functionality
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for customer documentation and management
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Stable work history showing commitment and reliability
- Ability to work onsite in Deer Park, IL location 5 days per week
- Availability for consistent 8-hour daily schedule
- Experience in medical device or healthcare industry
- Background with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) order processing
- Knowledge of CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) systems
- Previous experience supporting B2B customers
- Understanding of inventory management and logistics coordination
