responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for hardware, software, applications, operating systems, and connectivity issues, ensuring seamless operations for end-users.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust technical solutions aligned with business needs, emphasizing clear documentation and user training.
- Proactively monitor, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software errors, prioritizing effectively and minimizing disruptions.
- Contribute to the security and reliability of critical IT infrastructure through server upgrades and the implementation of data protection, disaster recovery, and failover strategies.
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support initiatives, ensuring timely resolution of issues and a positive end-user experience.
- Collaborate effectively with IT teams across multiple locations and external service providers.
qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT systems administration and user support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Windows (client and server), Active Directory, Microsoft 365 & Entra ID, Azure, and PowerShell.
- A solid understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
