Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct risk and control gap assessments across an assigned application portfolio
- Identify, document, and manage control exceptions
- Host meetings with issue owners and stakeholders for ongoing risk treatment
- Coordinate, track, and validate remediation or exception plans
- Perform quality review of risk artifacts and ensure alignment with internal guidance
- Submit documentation for review and approval through internal systems (e.g., GRC Archer)
- Maintain ongoing reporting to demonstrate effective risk management
- Support and participate in team-wide risk reporting, presentations, and leadership updates
- Promote a culture of risk awareness and control excellence
- Participate in cross-functional risk initiatives and support enterprise-level reporting as needed
- Assist in identifying process improvements and contribute to best practices

- Ability to serve as a consultant to tech/business teams on risk processes
