- The main function of a call center/Customer Service Specialist is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. - The Payroll Clerk is responsible for sorting checks, keeping payroll records, take inventory, and distributing mail. Also responsible for mail distribution; handling emails from Legal; uploading documents to ADP Wage Garnishment portal; and responding to HR Tickets. Must have some wage garnishment experience. Must be able to work ONSITE 100%.
