Collaboration: Work closely with the inside sales team to initiate and manage orders. Coordinate with the stock and inventory department to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
Call Management: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ranging from 50 to 100 calls daily. Manage calls effectively to provide quick and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues.
Product Knowledge: Understand the specifics of small parts, miscellaneous items, and work order items such as spare parts, switches, and buttons. Provide detailed information to customers as needed.
